Shooting Sunsets

This is my first shot of a sunset for the season. The sun is now setting over the field behind our house. At the moment there are no cattle in the fields so I do not have to dodge the pancakes!

Sunsets can be stunning can't they, we had a corker of one on Friday but I was in the car and not able to stop to take a photo.

That is a beautiful sunset shot behind those old gnarled branches. Very effective.

Rockwallaby - we had more snow yesterday - we are hoping for better weather soon. Apparently this has been the coldest winter the UK has had for 30 years.

Thanks all for your kind comments - I am actually quite pleased with the photo myself!

Seeing a sunset like that, makes you glad to be alive, doesn't it?
