I spyed this bird hovering around our bird table and looking hungry, but for some reason he was shy and did not want his photo taken. Any good ideas for a caption for this photo? After a little while . . . . . . . . .
he consented and actually became quite a pleasant pheasant!

Well he could be looking out for his mate to come and join in the food on offer, or perhaps he's just a stuck-up nobody and has no time for these damn humans with a gadget stuck to their eye.

I think I've found a kindred spirit!! I loved sunsets, patterns (can bore people for hours with the pictures I have) and we've just moved to Wiltshire from Thailand :-)

Great photos and captions Lindsay. We saw some peacocks yesterday but we were on private land so we didn't dare whip our cameras out!

We went to stay with my brother-in-law in the countryside one time. We found a shot gun in the bedroom under the bed. My 8 year old said "I think Uncle Brian uses it to shoot the peasants." "I think you mean pheasants darling" I replied. "No" said my hubby "I think he was right the first time!"
